Work that may not require permission

If you are only making small alterations you may not require permission. Our helpdesk service is unable to provide a formal determination on whether or not work will require planning permission. This can be obtained by submitting an application for a certificate of lawfulness.

Planning privacy notice

Our planning privacy notice sets out what happens to comments submitted as part of the planning process. For planning applications, your

  • address
  • stance
