We are looking for friendly, positive, and vibrant multitaskers to join our Sports and Leisure Attendant teams. We are offering a variety of permanent and seasonal part-time roles at various locations across the city.
What might a day in this role look like?
- Deliver great customer service as a first point of contact, ensuring customers’ needs are met.
- Prepare our venues by setting up and taking down equipment, providing customers with a clean, safe, welcoming environment that is ready to use.
- Keep everything clean, tidy, and presentable, including litter picking, cleaning toilets, changing rooms and windows.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed efficiently and effectively in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.

What qualifications/skills are required?
- Positive, enthusiastic approach with experience in a customer facing role.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to listen and adapt your approach to different customers.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast paced environment.
- The ability to follow procedures, work with basic numerical information and complete simple records or reports accurately.
- Basic IT skills, including confidence using systems such as MS Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
