What might a day in this role look like?

As a Team Leader, you’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. We also offer flexible shifts to suit you and the store. Main tasks include:

• leading smooth, efficient shifts
• training and supporting new Baristas
• energising and motivating your team
• maintaining high standards across service and coffee excellence
• using resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well.

What qualifications/skills are required?

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity
• A strong team player with great communication skills
• Energetic, positive and confident leading others
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
