Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our Housing Property service has placed the wellbeing of our tenants and colleagues above all else. Our teams have been trained to keep you and themselves safe when working around your home. You must respect social distancing, even indoors, and move to another room whenever possible.
From 26 April, in line with the Scottish Government roadmap, Housing Property returned to carrying out non-essential internal repairs within your home.
All tenants are now invited to report non-emergency repairs using our online form below.
Someone from Repairs Direct will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment. Demand for this service is very high and it is taking us a little longer than usual to get back in touch. Do not call or submit another form during this time as it could result in your request being duplicated.

Housing Property will prioritise emergency repairs and may restrict access to new appointments to protect our critical services.

You might experience a longer call waiting time at our peak times: 8.00am – 9.00am and 12.00pm – 2.00pm.
Emergency and urgent repairs include
- smashed window or unsecure door
- blocked toilet
- uncontainable leaks
- loss of heating / hot water
- smoke alarm repairs.
When we book in your repair we will let you know when to expect a tradesperson.
