Contract: Permanent, Salary: £14.05 per hour, Closing Date: Sunday 5 July

Flying Scot is a family run business providing a 24/7 secure, off-airport park-and-ride service to and from Edinburgh Airport.
Environment:
We are based at Queen Anne Drive, Newbridge. Various shifts and weekend work are available: 8 - 12 hour shifts, 4 - 5 days weekly. Weekly pay and includes bonus payments and supplements for night shift work. Immediate starts available.
What might a day in this role look like?
You will work as part of a close team, providing excellent customer service. Duties include:
- dealing with customers on arrival and departure
- helping customers on the phone and on arrival with using the Fast Check-in screens
- sales on the phone
- sending emails and replies to customers.
What will I learn?
Full training will be provided.
What qualifications/skills are required?
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills are desirable (training will be provided).
