Flying Scot Parking (Edinburgh) operates two car parks in the Newbridge area of Edinburgh servicing Edinburgh International Airport. We operate 24 hours a day seven days a week and our customers park with us for the duration of their vacation and are transported to and from the airport using our dedicated shuttle service. We operate a mixture of self-parking and block parking where we will park a customer’s car in a pre-determined space.

Environment: 

We are a family run business based at Queen Anne Drive, Newbridge, where you will work as part of a close team, providing excellent customer service and an efficient parking and shuttle bus service. Various shifts and weekend work are available. Weekly pay and includes bonus payments and supplements for night shift work. Immediate starts available.

What might a day in this role look like?

Duties include:

• driving customers to and from Edinburgh Airport in company coaches and minibuses 
• assisting customers with luggage and parking 
• checking in customers on arrival/departure and helping customers on the phone. 

What will I learn?

CPC training will be provided if you already hold this qualification but it has expired.

What qualifications/skills are required?

• Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) coach driving licence
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) qualification (if this has expired, we can help with renewal training and costs)
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Good timekeeping and reliable.
