Comments and complaints

We are committed to providing high-quality services for our customers. To help us do this, we value and welcome any feedback on our services, including any comments, complaints or suggestions you may have.

Make a suggestion, compliment or complaint

If you've contacted us, we'll sometimes send you a customer satisfaction survey by text message afterwards. Taking part is optional and any feedback you give will be used by our improvements team.

If you want to make a complaint showing your name, you will need to register or sign in to a mygovscot myaccount, and then return to this page.
