The Development aims to provide Affordable Homes and Private Homes for sale or rent. It is anticipated that circa 50% of the homes will be for Social Rent and Mid-Market Rent and 50% will be for Private Rent/Sale.
A target for the site it to provide integrated specialist accommodation which meets the needs of the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership,
The homes will be built to our net zero carbon standard and will utilise zero emissions heating systems. The specific systems will be discussed and considered with the community during the design development.
We expect construction to start on site by the end of 2026.
