Questions about the 2023 to 2024 pay award (implementation in January 2024)

We know the pay award will potentially affect colleagues in different ways and you may have questions, so please review the pay award guide for learning and teaching colleagues for full details.

Please note:  Our Payroll colleagues need to carry out a large amount of work to update our systems to ensure that the new payments are processed on time. This also means that our teams won't be able to provide information on payments for individual employees at this time. We kindly ask you not to contact our askHR colleagues as they won't be able to assist you until the new pay is implemented on Thursday 25 January 2024.

Online payslips will be available to view from Thursday 18 January 2024.
