Health and wellbeing survey

As part of our duty to meet the wellbeing needs of the children and young people across our educational settings, we plan to invite them to take part in short, anonymous surveys about their health and wellbeing. The purpose of this is to establish strengths and next steps at school and local authority level to better meet pupils’ needs.

The questions being used can be found here

Primary school survey

Secondary school survey

Pupils will not be asked to enter any personally identifiable data and no one will be able to identify respondents from their answers. The collated responses will be used to produce statistics at school and local authority level.

This approach is well established within our schools and ensures that strategic planning is based on identified needs.
