You should have the following details to hand:
- the parking ticket or bus lane charge notice number
- your vehicle registration
- a valid credit or debit card.
The simplest way to pay is online. You can also view any photos for parking tickets or a video for bus lane notices. You will be able to view them before you pay. These will be available one day later.
You can call our secure 24 hour service to pay by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Delta.

Please write the parking ticket or bus lane charge number on the back of your cheque or postal order. For security reasons you should not send cash.
Please note that you must leave time for your payment to reach us and that items may be lost or delayed by post. If you would like a receipt please also enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Pay in person at the Customer Hub, 249 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1YJ.
The Customer Hub opening hours are
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Tuesday 9.30am to 4.30pm
- Friday 8.30am to 3.40pm.
If you have lost your parking ticket or bus lane charge number you can request this from us. Please note it will take us two working days to provide the lost ticket number.
