Communications and events
Following the preparation and issue of the 2025 building condition survey report, we hosted a range of engagement meetings where owners and residents could meet with consultants to ask for clarification to help them consider their own next steps.
Since then further engagement with residents and owners has been taking place and specialist officers continue to be onsite at Westfield Court to provide support and advice. In addition to phonecalls, emails and one to one meetings with owners and residents, a list of communications from us and a breakdown of repairs and maintenance that owners agreed to between 2019 and 2025 can be found on our website.
No decisions about the future of the building have been made.
