Station Hub (G6)

The Station Hub, which looks out onto Waverley Station, is available for Council colleagues to book on myBookings. Partners in Waverley Court will be able to book these areas soon.

The workspaces

Workspaces available include

  • three meeting rooms: Waterloo (traditional style meeting room), Regent (standing meetings), Canongate (informal meeting room)
  • open collaborative area, with a large flexible area, touchdown desks and a breakout area
  • accessible tea-bar.

The Station Hub has been designed to create an inclusive environment that caters to people of all abilities including those who have a physical impairment or those who are neurodiverse. The design considers people’s physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

How to book

Council colleagues can book the Station Hub workspaces on myBookings from Monday to Thursday. You can book the whole suite or just the areas you need

  • Waterloo - traditional style meeting room
  • Regent - standing meeting room
  • Canongate - informal meeting room
  • Touchdown desks with monitors
  • Open collaboration space with agile and flexible furniture, hybrid AV and whiteboard wall.

On Fridays you can only book the meeting rooms. The touchdown desks and collaborative space will be available for drop-in use.
