Updating your details
Update your name, address or contact details that we use to populate our waste, streetlighting or roads online forms using the steps below.
Please note this change won’t update the information we hold for you for other services.
Step 1 - log in
Login to your mygovscot myaccount
Step 2 - click on my profile
Step 3 - click on change details
Update with your new details
You can also update your information held in your mygovscot account but please be aware that this information is held separately from the data in your mygovscot myaccount and will not automatically update details we hold for you. We are working on improving the integrations between our systems and the mygovscot myaccount service.
