We will monitor the new bus lane hours during the trial to see the effects on bus services, traffic and nearby businesses and residents.

Having your say
We are delivering the trial through an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO).
Under the ETRO process, anyone can submit comments, representations or objections to the Council during the first six months of the trial.
We will look at your feedback alongside monitoring data collected during the trial before deciding whether the measures should be kept, changed or removed.
The decision
We will gather and assess all monitoring evidence and feedback from the trial and report this to councillors. They will then review the findings and decide whether the new hours should be kept, changed or removed.
