You can use this form submit an appeal against a placing request for a school place that has been turned down.
Before you start the form please have your decision letter to hand. If you do not have a decision letter please do not submit the form. You must wait until you have received this.
Your session will time out after 10 minutes on a page. If you have a long comment, please type it up in a word processor first, then copy and paste into the form.
Once you have submitted the form we will be in touch to proceed with the appeal. We will not ask you for a reason for the appeal at this stage.
