Overview
The City of Edinburgh Council provides a range of Management Services to ensure that the Council operates effectively in order to do the things that the law says that we must.
The services we provide are in the following areas
- Hosting ceremonies, events and official visits to the City.
- Provision of translation services for those who require assistance to access Council services
- Communications service to assist with informing the public of the Councils activities and engaging with the public on Council consultations
- Handling of general enquires to the council
- Investigating complaints made about the Council.
To deliver these Management Services we need to collect, store, use, share and dispose of personal information. This is known as data processing.

Data controller
