Challenge your parking ticket or bus lane charge notice

You can now challenge your parking ticket or bus lane charge notice with our new online services. You are no longer be able to dispute your ticket or charge notice by email. All requests must be put in writing and we cannot accept appeals over the phone.

You will need the following details

  • the parking ticket or bus lane charge number
  • your vehicle registration.

Online

The simplest way to challenge your ticket or charge notice is online. You can also view photos for parking tickets or a video for charge notices, one day later. You can track your appeals, attach supporting evidence and receive quicker responses from us.

The Communication Workers Union may announce additional strike dates throughout 2023.  This will affect delivery and posting of mail. Lost parking ticket

If you have lost your parking ticket or bus lane charge number you can request this from us. Please note it will take us two working days to provide the lost parking ticket number. Please don't use the form below to challenge your ticket.
