Who can use a Blue Badge
If you're a driver or a passenger and you have mobility issues, you may be eligible for a Blue Badge. You can check if you are eligible for a Blue Badge on the Scottish Government website.
A Blue Badge can only be used by
- the named badge holder
- by a person who has dropped off or is collecting the badge holder from the place where the vehicle is parked.
It is a criminal offence for anyone else to use this Badge in any other circumstances.
