Back on Track - South East Gracemount and Liberton catchment areas
Counselling - 16 to 24 years (26 if care experienced)
Sometimes it can be hard to know what to talk about or where to start, but the counsellors are there to help you find a way to tell your story and find new ways of coping – whether this is through art, activities, games or talking.
You will agree with the counsellors about where your sessions should be and how many you will have. We will support you in private and help you explore and reflect on things that feel important to you in a way that suits you best.
