Help if you are homeless

We have unfortunately seen a significant increase in the waiting days for appointments during the pandemic. This is mainly due to the numbers of households presenting as homeless increasing and our resources we have available is not able to meet this demand.

If you are booked in for an appointment you must make sure you are available at the time of the appointment. If not call to cancel or rearrange the appointment. Our office locations are below.

  • contact other agencies to help you.

We strive to offer you an appointment within 14 days of your first contact.
