Help if you are homeless

We have unfortunately seen a significant increase in the waiting days for appointments during the pandemic. This is mainly due to the numbers of households presenting as homeless increasing and our resources we have available is not able to meet this demand.

If you are booked in for an appointment you must make sure you are available at the time of the appointment. If not call to cancel or rearrange the appointment.

We are working on a solution to resolve this issue and would advise if you are in an emergency homeless situation, please present to one of the Council Resilience Centres (CRCs).
