Our Essential user permit (EUP) and carers parking consultation closed on Sunday 30 April 2023.

Carers
Whether you’re a paid or unpaid carer we’re proposing to introduce permits which aim to make it easier for you to park.
There are two different types of permits being proposed:
- Professional carers permit – for paid carers, employed by an organisation or agency and who make multiple visits in a day.
- Personal carers permits – for upaid carers, caring for family or friends. This would apply even if you are in receipt of any type of carers allowance.
