The Council under section 129(1)(a) of the above act hereby WITHDRAWS the enforcement notice dated 6 February 2019 and served on 6 February 2019 issued in respect to the following alleged breach of planning control: without planning permission, the material change of use of the property from a residential dwelling to short stay commercial visitor accommodation at Flat 10, 10 Western Harbour Miday, Edinburgh, EH6 6PT.
