Rolling programmes
There are a number of programmes taking forward small-scale individual projects, referred to as ‘rolling programmes’.
These programmes were not scored in the prioritisation process but sit alongside the larger capital projects. You can read more details on this in section 4.13 in the City Mobility Plan – Capital Investment Programme Prioritisation Outputs report.

*There is also an annual allowance of £160,000 for dropping kerbs from the infrastructure renewals capital budget.
