Pre-application advice service

High Risk Building (HRB) and Pre-application meetings

All applications with an estimated cost of works over £250,000 or are deemed to be a High Risk Building (HRB) qualify for a pre-application meeting. At the meeting we typically discuss any specific technical aspects, agree procedural matters such as the staging of the application and discuss the Compliance Plan Approach. (if applicable)

You can find more information regarding High Risk Buildings and the Compliance Plan Approach at The Scottish Government Website - High risk buildings - verification during construction: industry guidance - gov.scot
