What might a day in this role look like?

You will be part of a team of cross trade operatives who are responsible for carrying out repairs in Council tenants’ homes and repairing and maintaining our empty homes to a high standard for our new tenants.

What qualifications/skills are required?

• An approved recognised trade qualification e.g. City & Guilds, SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Working knowledge of all current Health and Safety legislation and best practice 
• Flexibility is essential, together with excellent communication skills
• Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
