Form Access Ltd is a locally owned and operated scaffolding contractor. With years of industry expertise, we offer fully insured services tailored to meet the unique needs of residential and commercial scaffolding as well as heritage and conservation scaffolding. Areas of work are based mainly in Edinburgh on housing projects for the City of Edinburgh Council, and we also carry out work for Fife Council and Stirling Council.

We are seeking reliable and physically fit Scaffolding Labourers to join our team. The successful candidates will assist with various aspects of our scaffolding projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the scaffolding industry while contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.
What might a day in this role look like?
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on site
- Preparing scaffolding sites by cleaning, organising, and setting up necessary tools and materials
- Supporting skilled tradespeople with tasks such as lifting, and positioning materials
- Assisting with the erection of scaffolding, temporary structures, or barriers as required
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and waste regularly
- Following instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
What will I learn?
You may be offered an Apprenticeship in Scaffolding after a year in the role.
What qualifications/skills are required?
- Previous experience in construction or manual labour is essential
- Physical fitness and stamina are essential for performing manual tasks over extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members.
