Payslips

Supply staff must have a personal email address to log into Teacher Booker, but may also be given a council (Education) email address, e.g. 1234567@ea.edin.sch.uk.

How to access your payslip using your L&T email address 

  1. All Learning and Teaching (L&T) M365 account holders can access myHR for L&T via the App launcher in their M365 account.
  2. L&T M365 accounts can be accessed from any device, including personal.
  3. We have enabled single sign-on access on work computers. This means that when you log in to your computer with your employee ID, and click on the link to myHR, you get logged straight in - no need to enter a password.
    Then to view your Payslip
  4. Log into myHR
  5. Click on Me
  6. Click on Pay
  7. Click on My Payslips

How to access your payslip using your personal email address (if you don't have a L&T email address)

  1. You must request a myHR account
  2. Please call askHR on 0131 469 5555
  3. The team will then verify some details with you and add your personal email address to the system.
    Then to view your Payslip (once you have had confirmation from Halo that your account is set up):
  4. Log into myHR (you will need to use the link for personal email users - if you try to use the L&T link it will not work for you)
  5. Click on Me
  6. Click on Pay
  7. Click on My Payslips
