Citizen survey
The Edinburgh People Survey (EPS) was the Council's annual citizen survey which
- measured satisfaction with the Council and its services
- identified areas for improvement
- gathered information about residents which is not available through other sources or at ward level.
Around 5,000 residents took part in the survey each year. The survey was done through
- face-to-face interviews
- in the street
- door to door.
