Balgreen Road and Saughton Crescent

Work on improving pavements and roads

We’re improving the road surface, crossing facilities at junctions and drainage at Balgreen Road, which includes road resurfacing and pavement works at junctions.

The work will improve driving and walking conditions and enhance road safety.

Updates

13 November 2025

The phase 1 pavement work is now complete and phase 2 pavement work has started. The phase 2 pavement work is estimated to be completed on 21 November 2025. After this we will then start on phase 3 pavement work alongside road resurfacing in phase 1.
