Golden Share
Golden Share are homes which are an approved affordable housing tenure within our Affordable Housing policy. The properties are sold at 80% of Open Market Value (OMV) making them affordable to those who could not normally afford to purchase a similar home of its size in that local area. The ESPC website lists shared equity, Golden Share and shared ownership homes for sale.
The Council provides guidance for buyers and a sellers of Golden Share homes. Applications for Golden Share homes are available from the seller.
