West Pilton Crescent was the first new housing development in the Pennywell and Muirhouse Regeneration. Completed in 2014 by Hart Builders, it includes 34 homes for social rent and a new play area. Heating, hot water and electricity to the new homes will be generated onsite. This will reduce the development’s carbon footprint and reduce energy costs to tenants.
