We are keeping residents updated via newsletters and events. We will also keep this webpage up-to-date with the latest information.
We have appointed the main contractor, Keir Construction, to do the refurbishment work on both blocks and expect work to begin on site in March.
2022 - 2023
- detailed surveys for both blocks
- began engaging with residents
- design commissioned
2023 - 2024
- spoke and met with residents to get their feedback and ideas
- created designs and plans for improvements
2025
- additional surveys
- final stages of design for both blocks
- tenders put out for contractors to provide quotes to do the work
- planning permission granted
- construction to begin in winter 2025 at the earliest (tbc)
2026 - 2027
- work ongoing across both blocks
2027 - 2028
- work expected to be completed (tbc)
