Our office is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

We do not provide council customer services at Waverley Court. You can access a range of council services on our website or visit one of our local offices or the Advice Shop.

If you have a meeting with a Council colleague, or one of the partner organisations that work in Waverley Court, please use the visitor entrance on East Market Street (opposite Costa). Report to reception with the name of the person you are due to meet.

You’ll be issued with a temporary ID pass – please wear this and return it to the security team when you leave Waverley Court and sign out.
