Building resilience

Promoting mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing

Building Resilience is a primary school resource which explores ten tools that promote mental health and wellbeing. It engages pupils, families and staff in order to raise awareness and understanding of these tools.

The Year 1 and Year 2 packs are available. The Year 1 pack costs £75 and consists of a ring binder with 198 pages and an accompanying USB. It contains an overview of the programme and the first four units. The Year 2 pack costs £60, consists of 146 pages of text and an accompanying USB, and contains units 5 to 8 of the programme. The Year 3 pack costs £60, consists of 156 pages of text and an accompanying USB, and contains units 9 to 12 of the programme.

Each unit includes

  • home activities
  • classroom activities.
