Active mums
A programme of health and fitness classes connecting mums in the community, with children under five years of age welcome in the studio. Classes cost £5.25 per session, or for mums on a low income, are offered a reduced-price membership for six months on completion of the block of eight weeks. Referrals to the group are accepted by mums or by professionals working with the family.
