Individual and group work

Youth work organisations in North West Edinburgh will link up with your school and can offer you either individual support or support as part of a group. You could meet a youth worker in an accessible, safe and supportive place, and as you get to know them, you might want to share your problems, worries and things that are going on in your life. This can help you to make sense of your emotions and support your wellbeing.

Alternatively, you might want to join a local group where together you can learn about ways to look after your mental health and wellbeing. You will learn ways to manage your feelings, deal with stress, build on your skills and increase confidence and resilience.
