Granton Waterfront represents a once in a lifetime opportunity to move towards a greener economy. 
The regeneration is one of the seven strategic sites within the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal. It will transform the north of Edinburgh, building on Scotland’s vision for
- infrastructure,
- placemaking,
- people-led growth.
Scotland’s ambitions to tackle climate change and to move to a net zero carbon economy are fundamental to the Granton Waterfront vision.
With six public sector partners, this is a unique collaborative venture. The partners are

- National Museums Scotland
- Scottish Futures Trust
- The City of Edinburgh Council
- The Scottish Government.
