If we send you a review form you must complete the online declaration within 1 month of the date we issue your review.

- Tell us about any changes to your circumstances.
- Upload any evidence we ask for.

If you don't have all your evidence
If you don't have all the evidence, you can send it on later. You must complete the online declaration and upload the evidence you do have within 1 month. Contact us for advice about any missing information.
Need help? Ask a family member, friend or support worker to help you. If you don't have anyone to help, contact us and we'll arrange support.

What happens if you don't respond
If you don't complete the online declaration
- after 1 month your benefit will be suspended, and we will send you a reminder
- after 2 months we may end your benefit claim.
If we end your claim you have 1 month to disagree with our decision and make a written request for us to review it again. You must explain why you didn't complete the online declaration on time. If we can't revise the decision in your favour you should apply for Universal Credit to get help with housing costs.
