Returning Officer for the City of Edinburgh
Paul Lawrence is the Constituency Returning Officer for Scottish Parliament election to constituencies within the City of Edinburgh Council area. He is also Regional Returning Officer for the Edinburgh and Lothians East Region, which includes the six Edinburgh constituencies, two in East Lothian and one in Midlothian.
The Returning Officer (RO) is the person with overall responsibility for the Election.
