How to sign up to einvoices and text reminders
To get Accounts Receivable invoices (einvoices) by email and text reminders tell us your
- email address
- mobile phone number
- Accounts Receivable customer number (this is at the top right of any invoice)

If your details change
Email us your new contact details to debtors@edinburgh.gov.uk
Include your
- name
- Accounts Receivable customer number
- new email address or phone number
When you get your invoices
We will email your invoices to you from noreply_accountsreceivable@edinburgh.gov.uk
Check your inbox and your spam or junk folder for invoices.
