Without Listed building consent, the following alteratiions have been taken place - The installations 3 x Evergreen Bar & Restaurant advertisement signs positioned above and attached to the raillings; the installation of 2 x menu board advertisement signs adjacent to the entreance at street level
Requirements
Restore the premises to it's former condition prior to the unauthorised works by removing the following - the 3 x evergreen Bar & Restaurant advertisement signs positioned abo a attached to the railings; -Th 2 x Menu Board advertisement signs adjacent to the entrance at street level·
-The 1 x Evergreen illuminated advertisement sign positioned above the entrance a
basement level;
-The 1 x Evergreen Bar & Restaurant' advertisement sign attached to the stonewor
within the basement area·
-The metal arch with artificial flowers attached positioned over the entrance a stree
level·
-The artificial hedging with lights attached to the railings at street level.
Furthermore to make good any damage caused to the fabric of the building.
Time for compliance: within two (2) months of the date on which this Notice takes effect.
