Middle Leaders in schools PTs CLs DOs PSLs, As this training takes place during the school day colleagues should seek approval from Line Manager to attend this CLPL before booking their place. Attendance at all 3 days is required.

It is suitable for teachers working in wide range of swimming pools, including pools where the water is deeper that the teachers standing depth. This award is only suitable when the facility has staff qualified as Lifeguards and First Aiders that are available to respond quickly to a swimming teacher or coach in the event of an emergency.
Content
Session 1 - Social Justice, equity, poverty and associated implications for school and classroom ethos and culture.
Session 2 - Middle Leadership Tool box, using data effectively to improve outcomes, creating a positive data culture
Session 3 - Leading Learning and Teaching, including leading impactful and empowering Professional Development. Working with Parents, Supporting Staff and Partners in delivering equity.
