This policy applies to all persons who work in or visit Council operated premises/buildings (including tent, marquee or stall), sites and vehicles (defined in greater detail below). For the purposes of this Policy, the definition of smoking includes all tobacco-based products as well as Nicotine Vapour Products (NVP) (electronic cigarettes) regardless of their contents.
