This policy should be followed by the staff of the Council Museums and Galleries Service and read by external partners prior to approaching our venues about staging a temporary exhibition. A temporary exhibition within this policy is defined as an exhibition curated by, or in collaboration with, curatorial or outreach staff. Exhibitions or other events secured as venue hire are subject to their own Terms & Conditions, defined elsewhere.
