The City of Edinburgh Council’s Health and Safety Policy (and associated policies and Management Arrangements and guidance) applies to all employees, premises and activities falling, to any extent, under the Council’s control. In addition, the Policy extends to third parties (organisations) who interact with Council services but are not employees such as members of the public, contractor(s) and service user(s).
