Breach of activities
Without listed building consent, the execution of the following works on the property known as The Scotsman Hotel, 20-24 North Bridge, Edinburgh: The installation of seven flagpoles, three on the North Bridge (east) elevation, three on the Market Street (north) elevation and one on the north east corner of the building. The flagpoles have been attached within the first floor level windows. For the avoidance of doubt two photographs has been included within this notice showing the unauthorised flagpoles.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised seven flagpoles and any associated fixtures from the North Bridge (east) elevation, the Market Street (north) elevation and the north east corner of the building known as The Scotsman Hotel, 20-24 North Bridge, Edinburgh.
