Without listed building consent, the replacement of three timber windows on the rear (south) elevation of No 1 Mains of Craigmillar with brown UPVC-framed, double glaazed windows. One window is at ground floor level, and two are at first floor level.
Requirements
To restore the building to its condition prior to the carrying out of the alteration by removing one brown UPVC-framed, double glazed window from the rear elevation (at ground floor level) and two brown UPVC-framed, double glazed windows from the rear elevation (at first floor level) and replacing them with timber-framed , astragalled single glazed windows with a six over six glazing pattern.
