Family meetings for adults

Family Group Decision Making for adults

Family meetings bring together extended family and professionals to share concerns and agree support plans where there is an adult welfare concern or where an adult feels they would like a bit more help from their family or friends.

These tend to be one off meetings. A co-ordinator will meet with you and all those attending the meeting to discuss the concerns and prepare people for the meeting.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are currently not able to meet you in person but we can talk with you via the telephone, facetime, e-mail or Skype.   We are also setting up family meetings using Skype or telephone conference.

Please contact us to discuss how a family meeting could help you.
