You may be eligible for a Personal Transport Budget if your child meets the following criteria
- Your child has additional support needs.
- They live within the City of Edinburgh Council Local Authority area.
- They are eligible for school transport under our Assisted Home to School Transport policy.
Before you begin
You will need to tell us about the child or young persons school transport arrangements including
- school and school address
- details about current transportation arrangements
- reasons why they can't use public transport
- any other relevant information to support your application
This form will time out if you spend more than 10 minutes on a page.
